A very nice boutique hotel, popular all year round with skiers in winter and hiking enthusiasts during the summer months. The Autumn colours between late March and Early May are also a big attraction to Wanaka in general. SE0307 Exterior: A two storey modern building. Designed to minimise the impact on the natural beauty of the area. Lobby: A small compact lobby area, there is plenty of information available on local activities and sights.

Room Information : Many of the rooms are recently refurbished. There is also a new wing of the hotel built in 2006. All rooms have shower over bathtub and include; TV, hairdryer, iron/ ironing board. Many of the rooms are on the ground floor and have access directly to the garden. All the rooms are of a good to above average size.

Restaurant: Tilikum restaurant serves New Zealand and Pacific rim cuisine. Special meals can be prepared. Its a small restaurant and is busiest during breakfast time.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
