Direction to the property from north - follow route 1 south to camden and continue through the center of town. as you start up the hill at the southern end of town , the blue harbor house is on your right. Direction to the property from south - take exit 44, formerly 6a off the maine turnpike to interstate 295. continue on 295, and a few miles north of freeport, get onto route 1 north at exit 28, formerly 22, marked coastal route 1, brunswick. stay on route 1 as you drive along the midcoast, all the way through waldoboro. six miles beyond waldoboro, turn left onto route 90 and follow it for ten miles until it rejoins route 1. turn left onto route 1 and continue for two miles toward camden. the blue harbor house is on your left as you come into town. sometimes, especially in the afternoon, route 1 gets congested at bath and wiscasset. one alternate route is to continue on route 295 and 95 to route 17 , exit 112 in augusta. go east on route 17 to route 90 about 35 miles. turn left onto route 90 to route 1 for 3 miles. turn left onto route 1 to the inn. |
