-five nations art depot - 19 miles west
the historic burlington northern railroad depot on main street
in mandan features native american arts & crafts. the depot
is also available for art & american indian interpretive
programs. open daily, monday-saturday - 10am-7pm, sundays 12n
-5pm. free admission
-north dakota heritage center - 2 miles north
one of the largest collections of plains indian artifacts in
the nation. demonstrations by appointment. self-guided tours
monday-friday from 8am-5pm, saturdays from 9am-5 pm, &
sundays from 11am-4pm.
-lewis & clark riverboat - 6 miles northeast
all-weather 150 passenger paddlewheeler riverboat. excursion
cruises, dinner cruises, moonlight cruises, pizza cruises &
family cruises available. memorial day-labor day. fees for
adults $11.95 & $7.95 children 4-12.
-historic governor s mansion - 2 miles north
from 1893-1960, the north dakota governor s residence. the
mansion is open as a museum 1-5pm, wednesday-sunday, may 16-

-dakota zoo - 7 miles northeast
north dakota s largest zoo. open april 22-sept. 30 from 10am-
8pm. special entertainment wednesday nights from 7-9pm in
