There is plenty of glass and light, creating a relaxing area and some seating for clients. The whole area has been designed in marble and great care has been taken with the details and decor. The airport limousine bus will drop pax off at the main entrance on the 5th floor. Check-in space is limited, but with plenty of staff to help out. There is also a vending machine area with everything from soft drinks to ice cream.

Room Information : The hotel is eco-friendly and the rooms are all designed and well thought out to reflect this policy, The rooms are all in soft, chic tones and are in very good condition. Facilities include a climate control panel, ice bucket and tea service, with ice machines, and drink machines located on all floors. The views are stunning of the panoramic skyline of Tokyo either the Shinjuku side or Ebisu side. Bathroom is small but in good condition. Double room has one bed 166cm width.

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
