| Anacaona: The only gourmet oceanfront restaurant on Providenciales, Anacaona (a Lucayan Indian word meaning "Flower of Gold") is the resort's signature open-air restaurant. The ambiance of the 130-seat restaurant reflects the native heritage that inspired its name. Tables are tiered under expansive, circular, open-air palapas, topped with conical, thatched palm roofs, and amid beach foliage in seaside "pods". Dramatic Roman columns support each palapa. Anacaona serves fine Euro-Caribbean cuisine against the breathtaking backdrop of colorful Grace Bay. Recent renovations totaling nearly US$100,000 have allowed the restaurant to undergo a complete redesign and increase its capacity while retaining its intimate feel. Handmade woven furnishings supplied by a family-run business in Guadalajara as well as bright new light and airy fabrics, cushions, and new lighting fixtures custom-made from punched tin spears add a romantic glow to the entire restaurant. The new seating "pods" extend invitingly close to the ocean and are surrounded by lush landscaping. Accents such as fine Frette table linens, elegant Fortessa dinnerware and elegant glassware complete the new look. Anacaona serves breakfast and dinner, and Captain's Bar offers a full range of drinks, including a new tropical martini menu. In the evening, guests dine under the stars by the glow of candlelight and tiki torches. Dancing to music by the local band, Tropical Soul, entertains guests several nights a week. Open from 6:30PM to 9:30PM. Room service is available during restaurant hours. |
| Captain's Bar: Captain's Bar, manned by Grace Bay Club legend "Bill", is situated under an adjacent palapa, with an adjacent to the dance/music area. Open all day. |
| The Lounge: The Lounge is a contemporary and relaxed on-the-beach oasis. In a space marked by sailcloth canopies and comfortable seating, the open-air Lounge serves creative international tapas and martini menus accompanied by world music. The Lounge offers front-view seating for Providenciales' beautiful sunsets. |
| The Grill: The new poolside Grill is a casual bistro beside the ocean, serving a wide variety of grilled seafood and meat, and international bistro fare for lunch and dinner. The fun drinks menu offers cool cocktails and great frozen drinks. The Grill also includes a swim-up bar at the pool. Both adults' and kids' menus are offered. For guests who enjoy fishing, the restaurant will gladly prepare "the catch" for lunch or dinner. |
