Hotel Description:

The best hotel in Windhoek with excellent facilities all round. The adjoining golf club, casino, floodlit tennis courts and large swimming pool gives guests a variety of activities to enjoy. The swimming pool also has a watercourse that children can enjoy whilst sitting in rubber rings! The hotel has large conference facilities and wioreless internet connectivity.There is also a popular cigar bar which has live music. The hotel offers a free shuttle into the centre of town. (0708 AHJ) Exterior: Painted light brown and spread out over several acres the hotel is just 2 storeys tall and surrounded by well aintained gardens and the golf course. The ground floor rooms have terraces whilst the 2nd floor rooms have balconies. Lobby: This very big and long lobby has a convenience shop immediately to your right as you enter and small curio and sweet shops to your left. Further on the right is the wide marble top reception desk and on the left a cocktail bar and the entrance to the hotel casino. The long wide lobby is split by decorative displays and seating areas for guests.

Room Information : All of the hotel's rooms are spacious, carpeted and have large sliding windows offering lots of natural light. Each room has excellent en-suite bathrooms with seperate bath and shower, satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a sofa, chair and table, in-room safe and air con. There is also 24 hour room service.

Restaurant: The enormous restaurant has views of the gardens and pool area and has a large seating area that can accommodate up to 200 guests. There is a buffet on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant hasna wide variety of wine to choose from. There is also a good Chinese restarant above the hotel's casino.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Guarantee Policy:
