| Hotel Description: This is a good product for guests looking for basic accommodation in the heart of Amsterdam. 05/2005/jg Exterior: The exterior of the building is traditional and the interior is decorated in art deco style. Lobby: The small lobby is fairly dark but has a small sitting area with television and leads to the bar which is decorated in black and white and has a muriel of the world which was painted by one of the locals.

: The non-redecorated bedrooms are medium to large in size with simple furnishings and fittings, and are in fair condition with a black and grey colour scheme. The bathrooms are also in fair condition. The redecorated bedrooms are more colourful and welcoming with blue carpet and bright curtains and with a desk and chair and give a fresher feel. | ||||
Restaurant: The hotel has a simply furnished breakfast room, but no restaurant, which must be reached by 4 small steps. It is open plan and there is even a special smoking section which is apart from the main room. This serves an extensive hot buffet breakfast. | ||||
