The hotel has a courtyard on the fourteenth floor where guests can relax after busy day. The guest rooms are located on the upper floors of the building while offices occupy the lower floors. The main entrance of the hotel is on the side of the building. Lobby: The lobby and reception are located on the ground floor. The lobby is medium with a high ceiling and is stylishly furnished. After check-in the guests are given the card key, which gives the guests an access to the elevators to the guestroom floors.

Room Information : Rooms of the hotel are vary in size, but large on average with modern d??cor. Guest rooms are located on the 14th to 17th floor. Only residential guests with room key can access to those floors through lift with security system. All are equipped with bed(s) by SIMMONS, high quality bed producer, a trouser press, in-room safety, mini-bar, drip coffee set, internet broadband access and television program in foreign languages (CNN and BBC for English, KNTV for Korean). Bathroom is small but in good condition with high quality bath amenities.

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
