Hotel Description:

Recommend for those budget traveller who like to walk around the park and amongst greenery yet still near to the bustle Orchard and Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. This lodge is owned and managed by YWCA, Singapore.sg 02/08 Exterior: The lodge appears at the top of the Fort Canning but it is easy to miss as it is tucked at the end of other buildings. It is brick and white painted building. Lobby: The large lobby is long and bright. There is a full glass atrium on one side and lifts in the middle right of the check in counter. At the opposite end of the lobby is the entrance to the cafeteria.

Room Information : The rooms are large with soft finishing in floral prints and ordinary looking furnishing. The rooms are generally in good condition and there are no double rooms in the standard category. The toilet is clean and with standing shower.

Restaurant: There is a coffee house on the lobby level with functional decor.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Location: Located at the foot of Fort Canning a designated park, the lodge sits on a little rise with access to Penang Road and Orchard Road via cutting through a mall. Down the road is the Singapore River and Clarke Quay. Fort Canning was the seat of the ancient Malay rulers who had a palace at the top of the hill. Today it is a park with walking and jogging paths as well as some historical tidbits of interest incorporated.
