Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Location: The resort is located near Boat Station 2(Landmarked by Tourist Centre) along the 3.8 km-stretch White Beach, which is the white sand beach that Boracay Island is famous for. This resort is in the middle of the night live of the Boracay. Nigi Nigi is about 15 minutes away by motorized outrigger boat or "banca" from the Jetty Port Terminal to Cagban Jettyport and 15 minutes drive away from Cagban Jettyport. Caticlan Jettyport is a few minutes walk away from Caticlan domestic airport or 1,5 hours drive from Kalibo domestic airport. Both airports are located 55 minutes south from Manila by airplane.
