This is a 4 star, First class property. It is considered a large and safe property. The resort has large and well-equipped conference and meeting facilities. The resort has an own boat which can park just in front of the property. It is recommended to all travellers to pre-book transportation to the property and to wear adequate footwear which will allow to walk in the water from the boat to the beach. Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Location: The resort is located near Boat Station 2 along the 3.8 km-stretch White Beach, which is the white sand beach that Boracay Island is famous for. Regency is about 15 minutes away by motorized outrigger boat or "banca" from the Jetty Port Terminal, which is a few minutes walk away from Caticlan domestic airport or 1,5 hours drive from Kalibo domestic airport. Both airports are located 55 minutes south from Manila by airplane.
