The hotel is a welcome addition to the city. Dunedin is a city experiencing large growth in visitors. A great place from which to explore the southern most areas of new Zealand. Also a university city with a world class reputation, and located only half an hour from some unqiue attractions on the Otago peninsula such as the world famous Albatross colony, the Penguin colony and New Zealand's only castle (Larnach). Lobby: A small functional lobby, the restaurant and bar area are located in an adjacent area to the lobby.

Room Information : All the rooms are furnished to a high standard and are in excellent condition. Many of the rooms on the upper floors enjoy great views over the harbour. Some rooms are shower only and others have shower over bathtub. All the usual amenities such as TV, hairdryers etc.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
