Room Information : The medium-sized rooms are well appointed with all amenities. The quality of both the bedrooms and bathrooms is excellent following a refurbishment in 2005. The bedding configurations is either two double beds or one king bed. Some rooms are able to add a rollaway bed for triple bed requirements. The bathrooms are generally quite small. Rooms overlooking Lake Rotorua and the Polynesian spa, have balconies. Complimentary tea/coffee facilities.

Restaurant: There are two restaurants, the Brasserie a more informal dining option and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Nikau, is more formal fine dining. The lobby Bar Zazu is a great place for cocktails. Each evening there is a Maoril cultural show and dinner (Hangi) on offer.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
