Very similar to most eastern eupnoea hotels built during the heyday of socialism. It is basic, but clean. The hotel has plans for privatization. WS 0707 Exterior: Dark and imposing brick. Quite modern (20-25 yrs old). Lobby: Huge and dark. Not much natural lighting, some electric lighting to compensate. There are seating areas and a small bar. The reception area is quite large.

Room Information : Basic facilities; fixtures and fittings in dark wood and beige browns and lively patterns. Bathrooms are basic, but clean and adequate.

Restaurant: Is on ground level down a corridor off the main lobby. The furniture has been designed strikingly but it is large, clean and functional.

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
