Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Location: Located in a lush, tropical garden, the Lodge overlooks the bay and village of Taiohae and the black sandy beach which is 50 steps below. Nuku Hiva is the largest island in the Marquesas - approx 330 sq. km. (127 sq. miles) and is a 3h 15 min flight from Tahiti. Taiohae is a village on the sea, considered to be the commercial centre of the Marquesas. Transfer from the airport to the hotel takes 2 hours by 4 wheel drive or 7 minutes by helicopter, followed by a five minute 4 wheel drive to the hotel.
