: The rooms are small and simple with modern functional furniture. They are clean and comfortable, however in very good condition. Shower rooms are shared and there are two large rooms on each floor, one for men and one for women. There is also a large common room on each floor with a simple kitchen and some seating. | ||||

| Cancel Policy: Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50.
