Hotel Description:

Brand new property, offers an excellent location and very comfortable accommodation. WS0708. Exterior: Purpose built block with lots of windows and glass exterior. Lobby: Small lobby currently busy with lots of tables and expected to be like that for the next few month until the hotel is finished with constructing the restaurant. The reception desk is located just in front of you to the right when you enter from the main door.

Room Information : Rooms are small to medium in size, and as the hotel is newly built. All rooms are newly furnished with comfortable and new furniture. Bathrooms are a bit basic, but more than adequate for such a category.

Restaurant: The hotel does not have a restaurant yet, but they are trying to build a new restaurant just in front of the hotel. For the time being the hotel placed some comfortable table in the lobby for clients to have breakfast.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
