A brand new property, conveniently located. SE0307 Exterior: A brand new purpose built building of 3 storeys. Lobby: A small functional lobby. Reception hours are 07:00-21:00 (9:00pm) daily. for any guests arriving outside of these hours, the property needs to be notified in order to provide check-in facilities.

Room Information : The brand new rooms are a mixture of Studio's and suites. All room types include some self catering facilities. All rooms have TV with cable channels. Bathrooms are shower only, though four apartments have spa baths. Three rooms are equipped with disabled facilities.
Restaurant: There is no restaurant on site, but there is charge back facility at a number of local restaurants, there is also a pantry shopping service offered.
Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
