The hotel has parking, luggage storage facilities and a safe. Newly opened in October 2005 this is an excellent budget hotel with easy access to the city centre. There is a massage available at the hotel although this needs to be booked a few days in advance. (AHJ 03/08) Exterior: A modern 7 storey building painted white. Lobby: The small lobby has a light polished floor and a curved wood reception desk immediately in front as you enter the hotel. There is a also a small sofa for guest use. The reception is open 24 hours.

Room Information : The medium sized rooms have orange and beige decor and are of a good 3

standard. All rooms are very clean and have en-suite bathrooms, Satellite TV, in room safe, telephone and fridge. The bathrooms have heated floors.

Restaurant: The hotel has a large atrium space used as the breakfast area. The atrium is 7 stories tall with a large window at the top bringing lots of natural light into the room. Stylish modern chairs and tables give the breakfast area a smart appearance.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
