A great centrally located historical hotel. Excellent refurbishment and high quality furnishings and service. Excellent value. SE0107 Exterior: An historical Wooden two storey colonial period building. Originally built in 1897 in the township of Waihi. The hotel was moved to Rotorua in 1921. Lobby: A medium sized lobby decorated in classic style with a grand chandelier and stained glass windows. There are some armchairs and a small table in the lobby.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
