KM 09/06 Exterior: Apartments are located in residential buildings. Lobby: Check in/out is done in the Residence Apartments office in Suur Karja 23 in the old town.

Restaurant: These apartments do not have a restaurant however they all have kitchens and are all within easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars within the old town.

Cancel Policy:

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit.
