This is one of the best hotel's in the city. Opened at the beginning of 1999, the hotel is equipped to a very high standard. A good base from which to explore the old city. KM05/08 Exterior: This is a large modern building with surrounding grounds and although it is a new building, it is not an eye-sore. Glass is very prominent. Lobby: The large lobby is very grand with dark marble flooring, royal carpets, large pillars and up-market furniture. The reception is to the left of the entrance, and there is a limited amount of seating scattered around the lobby.

Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
