Nationally known Louisiana native Jan Birnbaum partnered with Sazerac Executive Chef Jason McClure in this local hot spot. The menu emphasizes regional northwest cuisine made with seasonal northwest foods and a bit of a Southern accent. The result-serious fun and damn good food!

Sazerac Restaurant is a high energy, cutting edge decor blended with comfortable, plush ambiance, sounds of rhythm and blues, open high ceiling room with elevated kitchen as focal point. Whimsical art handcrafted steel frame chandeliers / distressed copper sculptures, stained concrete floor juxtaposed with mahogany booths and plush velvet curtains. Open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Sazerac Restaurant has something for everyone.
