| Hotel Description: The Timothy Beach Resort is located in Frigate Bay on the Caribbean beach, with access to both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful resort faces golden sands and clear waters and is situated just one mile from the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club and the Royal Beach Casino and three miles from downtown Basseterre. Terraced into a hill next to the Caribbean, a large pool overlooks the quarter-mile-long beach below. Water sports are available on the beach adjacent to the resort and hotel staff can arrange transportation for volcano tours, excursions to the Brimstone Hill fortress and other island adventures. Guests can dine at the Sunset Caf??, which features open-air seating under whitewood ceilings and pink-and-turquoise canopies. The hotel also offers complimentary parking, currency exchange, gift shop, public computer with Internet access and babysitting services. The Timothy Beach Resort offers 60 guestrooms in four three-story buildings with outside staircases (no elevators). Guestrooms feature furnished balconies or patios with views of the Caribbean Sea or Timothy Hill, a steep green slope behind the resort. Tropical decor includes tile floors, pastel-colored walls and rattan and wicker furniture. The air-conditioned guestrooms feature ceiling fans and premium channel cable television.
