| Hotel Description: All-suite oceanfront resort entered through a gatehouse and private road located in a 60 acre protected mangrove forest. All of the spacious 1 & 2 bedroom suites have separate bedrooms, living rooms with sleeper sofas, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, whirlpool tubs in the master bath and private balconies. Other fine amenities include a private beach, boardwalk and marina, heated Olympic size pool, jacuzzi, free day and night tennis, beach volleyball, and kayak rentals. Fishing, diving, boating, para-sailing, wave runners, eco-tours and swim with the dolphins all located nearby. Everything you could want for the perfect Keys vacation. IMPORTANT: Guests bringing boats MUST call us at (305) 853-3000 for both Marina and/or Boating Parking reservations at least 2 weeks prior to arriving, or if within that period, immediately upon making a reservation. Marina and boat parking space is very limited and we must know in advance to properly accommodate everyone. Minimum check-in age: 21 Please note: Jet Skis and pets are NOT permitted on property. Guests bringing boat trailers are to pay $10 a day Marina fee directly to hotel.
