Penthouse: King bed, Queen sleeper sofa. Vaulted exposed beam ceilings, complete with 27" TV, Stereo, CD player, VCR and a private porch with an incredible Intercostals Waterway view. Located on the 3rd floor.

Double Room: Room includes two double beds, small refrigerator. microwave, toaster & full size coffee maker. Most rooms have a "Mini Kitchen" unit with a 2-burner stove, small oven & broiler. No sink in mini kitchen units, except for bathroom.

2 bedroom/ full kitchen: A two-bedroom suite with three Queen beds,and Queen sleeper sofa with a full kitchen. Will sleep up to 8 people.

Efficiency: Queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchen with sink dishes & cooking equipment.
