These studios to 3-bedroom condominiums, some with elevator service, in a village setting, include free access to the Pico Sports Center with a 75-foot indoor pool, hot tub, weight and cardiovascular equipment and sauna. Ride the free all-day shuttle to explore the other 6 mountains of Killington.Pico pool and hot tub wil be closed from April 1st to December 15th.***

Summer and fall check-in for the Killington village condominiums will be at the Sport Club at Pico until 8 pm (4 p.m. on Sundays). After-hours check-in will be at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel.

Directions to Pico: If you are approaching Killington from the west, Pico is located on Route 4 eight miles east of Rutland. If you are approaching Killington from the east, Pico is located 2 miles west of the intersection of Rts. 4 and 100 North.

Directions to Killington Grand Resort Hotel: At the junction of Rts. 4 and VT 100 North in Killington, look for the Killington sign on Route 4 (across from Bill's Country Store) drive 3.6 miles up the Killington Road to the Killington Resort Villages and Grand Hotel sign on your left. Turn left on East Mountain Road.
