This low-rise condominium complex features on bedroom units with washer/dryer, private patio or balcony facing the beach and fully equipped kitchens. Crystal Villas is convenient to area shopping malls, gold, deep-sea fishing, restaurants and fun for the entire family.
Cleaning Fees: One Bedroom $80. Cleaning fee will be charged by the front desk at check in to the guests credit card. The clean fees are taxable and are per room booked.
Parking: Outdoor (limited to 2 cars per unit) No Boats, Trailers, RVs or Jet Skis.
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Falsified Reservations- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.

One bedroom one and half bath Gulf Front Condo: The condominium has one king, two bunks and a sleeper sofa and has individual patios or balconies looking directly at the Gulf of Mexico, professionally decorated and fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, oven, range and refrigerator, complimentary DVD rentals year round.
The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House: A favorite with the Destin locals since 1979, it got started in a small, A-frame building on the beach.
