Room Information : Rooms are medium in size, and quality varies, some are renovated and others are not. Non-renovated - yellow, basic, scuffed furniture. In comparison to renovated rooms they are tawdry. Semi-renovated - newly painted with old bathrooms but same furniture. Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.
