Hurricane season in New Orleans occurs from June 1 ovember 30. If a hurricane is projected to affect the New Orleans area, the W Hotels of New Orleans will not accept new reservations for the dates the hurricane is projected to hit.

In the event of closure and/or evacuation of the city, the W Hotels of New Orleans will cancel all reservations without penalty and attempt to contact all affected guests via email and phone. During the affected period, we will waive all cancellation and no-show charges. In the event of a hotel evacuation, all in house guests will be transported to the airport where they can arrange their own transportation from the airport out of the city.
